Divator MkII mask and demand valve assembly, yellow (standard pressure)

  • Divator Yellow (silicone rubber) mask with the full-monty for keeping warm and dry, on a cold day in the Hebrides.
I was a lot warmer than the guys on the boat - note the sleeve-sealing XEROTECH gloves.
But, you know; Silicone masks are no where near as strong and durable as the original rubber. So, if I was buying one, I'd have a grey one.
We made the Silicone masks for the chemical industry and 'dirty' diving because they are less prone to perishing but, your silicone masks (available in yellow or black) are five times more likely to need expensive repair, within a few years!
  • Divator yellow mask, on a rig incorporating our Dive-gas management manifold, which is ideal for alternating gas supplies, whether using mixed gases, or simply a twin air pack. All controls are ventral and (usually, barring photography) tucked away, neatly mounted on the diver's webbing but readily accessible to a gloved hand; safely operated without having to look at the valve wheels. Note the Divator Sport regulator, in the left hand - usually this is tucked away for emergency rescue purposes; controlled through the Dive-gas manifold.
A careful look, near the diver's eyes, reveals the special lugs, built in to the mask, to accommodate its being fitted with prescription spectacles.

Demand Valve Assembly

Automatic compensation for supply gas pressure changes and ambient pressure.

Positive pressure valve

As for standard valve but external pollution is kept out of the mask and the lungs increase gaseous exchange area, achieving better gas perfusion.

EN250

As above

Suitable Air supply via ¼” id. supply hose

>1000 Litres per minute at a dynamic pressure exceeding 6.5 Bar
