The Rae Mesh-guard is one of the most reliable and flexible means to constantly monitor flammable and toxic gases.

Replacing fixed conventional systems - often which have to be hard wired, the Mesh-guard saves many thousands of pounds in installation costs, yet provides far greater flexibility, more accurate and responsive sensor response and lower maintenance costs.

Used as a temporary 'area' system - for instance on gas, or oil drilling sites, it provides more certain and secure alerts to potential problems and gas 'kicks' than conventional 'Daleks' as well as affording a logged record of all relevant atmospheric events.

The sensor units are data-logging, real-time devices; simultaneously recording up to four channels each and comminicating with the control panel using 2.8GHz wifi, over ranges of several hundred metres from transmission points. In an alarm event, the responding module will flash a warning light and emit an audible alarm. The alarm will be replicated on the control panel, indicating the exact location of the problem and logs can be recorded electronically, or printed from a computer terminal.

ATEX Certified, each sensor unit will remain 'live' for several weeks on jus one battery charge and the sensor units, being no larger than a handheld radio, may be clipped to pipework, or fixed unsing magnetic holders; at vulnerable points - such as close to choke-valves and isolators.

The price includes set-up and user instruction on site. Warranty is twelve months from the time of delivery. All parts are replaceable and cell life (galvanic) is guaranteed for 24 months.
