AB20SL Fall Arrest Harness - comfortable, light, economic and fully compatible with breathing apparatus use...
A versatile, British made, full body harness with ventral and dorsal attachment points, the harness is well suited to a variety of static and dynamic access and recovery applications.
Its dorsal point (rear’D’) is suitable for fall arrest and the front attachment point comprises soft loops linked by a karabiner and is suitable for fall arrest, evacuation, industrial abseiling or attachment to rail or rope systems. This ensures comfort whilst wearing and manoevering awkward places.
The rear, triangulation panel assists in donning, preventing tangles, in storage and preventing incorrect tension angles to shock-load bearing webs. Blue and Green webbing differentiates leg and chest harness components, aiding rapid donning and simplifying training.
The harness ensures that shock load is safely absorbed, preventing spleen and other internal injury to the wearer, in the event of fall.
The harness is made from high quality, polyester webbing, stitched to exceed EN drop and tension tests. The harness is relatively easily cleaned and maintained and, in our view, its overall quality and construction makes it a much better proposition; for value and safety; than most imported products.
Safety Harnesses must be examined at least annually, by a competent person and examination/maintenance records must be kept.
