Fire Blankets are essential tools to combat small fires, preventing them becoming large ones.

The 1.2 metre x 1.2 metre fire blanket is suitable for commercial and domestic kitchen use as well as small laboratories, for fire control  in fume cupboards and so forth.. 
Manufactured to BS EN 1869:1997, it is useful to personal safety, workshop and laboratory use.

Some local authorities recommend fire blankets approved to BS 6575. This test protocol was up-dated and replaced by BS EN 1869:1997 and fire blankets are tested and marked accordingly.

Recommended for:  home, small commerical kitchen areas, caravans, boats, workshops where heated fluids and resins are used.

Anticipated lifespan with indoor use - No shelf life expiry is indicated but fire-blankets should be replaced, after use on a fire. A 5-Year cloth Warranty is included.
