Divator visor, fitted with surface breathing port (hatch) assembly.
The polycarbonate, optically correct visor is fitted with a manually controlled port, permitting breathing from atmosphere, when resting at surface, or preparing for diving.
This is a factory made, approved accessory and complies with Interspiro test protocol and warranties.
Note that, other, similarly intended devices, fitted on the after-market may invalidate Interspiro warranties and test protocol. This is because incidents have occurred where a combination of poor fitting and inappropriate clamping have been known to cause visor fractures
Easily fitted, clamped in the mask's frame halves and adjusted for form and firmness, on stainless steel screws (M3 x 25) changing visors at sea is no problem, taking around five minutes.
Tools needed: P2 x 100 Philip's screw-driver, small pry-bar (Flat blade screw-driver will do) and soapy water. Details are published in the Divator, User Manual, issued with every mask.
